Is support included?
Email support during our business hours is included with your subscription. Additional support services (e.g. setup help) are billed separately.
What about cancellations and refunds?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Prepaid fees for monthly pricing are non-refundable.
Can self-hosted Private Captcha be white-labeled?
While you can integrate self-hosted Private Captcha to your website or client application, it cannot be part of an offering where it forms a substantial part of the service or that competes with our managed offering.
